1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any online spoken English course, booking a free assessment session, or accessing the website of Converza Academy, students, parents, and guardians agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Course Enrollment & Free Speaking Assessment
Converza Academy offers a complimentary 1-on-1 spoken English assessment for prospective students. Enrollment in structured monthly or quarterly courses is subject to assessment recommendations and slot availability.
3. Attendance & Rescheduling Policy
Live interactive sessions start punctually. If a student is unable to attend a scheduled session, at least 6 hours advance notice must be provided to the academy counselor to reschedule without forfeiting the class credit.
4. Code of Conduct in Live Classrooms
Converza Academy maintains a strictly positive, encouraging, and zero-judgement environment. Students must treat instructors and peers with respect. Bullying or disruptive behavior will result in immediate suspension of classroom privileges.
